PLEASE BE ADVISED:
Downgraded: Tropical Storm Debby is hanging off the coast of South Carolina this morning with max winds of 45 mph. Debby is expected to turn back toward the coast this afternoon and make landfall in Charleston or Georgetown County tonight. Wind Gusts of 40 to 50 mph to be expected, especially near the coast, as the storm moves on shore later today, along with continued scattered showers and downpours. The weather is expected to to begin to improve on Thursday as the storm starts to move north away from the low Country.
Continued flooding in many areas are causing service delays.
There will be limited operations In and out of Charleston today. Some services will not be available in certain areas in and around the Charleston area once the flooding has receded possibly towards the end of the week or beginning of next week.
