As Accelerated, Inc. continues to grow, it is imperative that we continue to make changes to ensure that your company is receiving the best service in the most efficient manner possible.  At this time, we are making a change in the way that you can book orders within our organization.

Beginning July 20th, 2015 ACC will no longer accept any bookings over the telephone. ACC will require you to book all your shipments online via eTrac at www.AcceleratedUSA.net.  ACC will still accept customer service calls in regards to tracking of freight or other questions however, no bookings will be made via phone.

At this same time, ACC will no longer accept any freight that is dropped to our warehouse without an online booking number for us to match up the freight. If there is no booking created, then we will reject the freight until a proper tracking number can be provided at the time of the drop.  This is to ensure we are not accepting any freight that does not belong to us and/or to ensure it is accepted and moved to the proper destination for you.

Beginning August 30th , 2015 ACC will no longer accept bookings via telephone or emails. All bookings will need to be booked through our eTrac portal. We understand that with change, it is sometimes difficult, but it has been decided that in the long run, this will allow ACC to better service you and your customers.

With this change we believe the following improvements will follow:

  1. More accurate billing to the proper accounts
  2. Accurate information for each shipment provided from the customers
  3. Lower percentage of any misroutes
  4. Lower number of shipments held on dock without a booking

*All quotes will still be provided upon written email to respective ACC locations
