- ACC Offices Will Be Closed Monday, Sept 4th for the Labor Day holiday
- The Accelerated Labor Day Schedule is as follows: We will be operating over the weekend of the 5th and 6th on our normal operating schedule. We will be closed on Monday the 7th in observance of the holiday. We will resume normal operations again on Tuesday morning the 8th. We wish you and your families a wonderful, relaxing holiday weekend, and we appreciate your continued support of ACC.
- Accelerated is pleased to announce on Monday August 17th, 2015 new inbound transit times to our newest Accelerated station in Philadelphia, PA. To see the new transit times please click on Transit Icon on our homepage or click here .
- *** Beginning August 30th , 2015 ACC will no longer accept any bookings via email or telephone. ACC will require you to book all your shipments online via eTrac at www.AcceleratedUSA.net If you do not have your eTrac credentials, please visit http://www.acceleratedusa.net/request-information/ Be sure to set the “Reason for Request” to “Online Booking” and then fill out the rest of the form accordingly. Please note this may take up to five business days, and your request will be processed in the order it was received. We appreciate your patience in this matter. *** If you have any questions in regards to the new policy please reach out to your local terminal or click HERE for further details. We appreciate your support in this new change.
- We are excited to announce the opening of our newest Accelerated station in Philadelphia PA. We have already opened our new warehouse for drop off and recoveries. We have just received our Firms Code in PHL #A412. We will be handling all imports from our facility located at 113 Darby Commons Folcroft PA 19032.
- Please note effective June 15th 2015 ACC will be charging a Pickup and/or Delivery fee for AZ Atlanta. Due to the significant wait times we are encountering there the fee will be MIN $15 / 2 cents a lb / and a cap of $150. Also a wait time fee of $40 per hour will be applied after the first hour. We appreciate your understanding in this and any questions please feel free to contact our ATL terminal @ 404-765-6400.
- Accelerated will be taking an increase to $45 for our Terminal Service Charge (TSC). Due to increased TSA requirements and staffing to keep up with the demands this will go into effect May 1st, 2015. Thank you for your understanding and partnership.
- Effective immediately Accelerated has raised it’s HAZMAT Accessorial fee from $50 to $75. Click on the link to see the new 2015 Accessorial Sheets. This can also be found under Forms on the home screen by clicking PDF Forms. Thank you for your continued support.
- EFFECTIVE 03/01/15 THE BOOKING CUTOFF FOR FREIGHT PICKING UP AT THE ORD AIRLINES WILL BE 15:30 CST. ANYTHING BOOKED AFTER THAT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEXT DAY PICKUP. - 2017 Rate Increase
- Effective December 1st, 2015, we are implementing a surcharge designed to offset cost for tolls in the Northeast/Chicago and empty miles from Florida. Click here for further info.
- Effective December 1st 2015, Accelerated Inc. will make an Airport pick-up as well as Airport drop-off accessorial fee of $0.015 per pound with a $30 mini and $150 cap apply. Please note when obtaining a quote online, Accessorial fees are not included and this charge will be in addition to the ATA quoted rate. We are no longer exempting customers from this accessorial fee. Click here for further info.
- Effective October 1st 2015 ACC will no longer to continue inbound service to CMH. We greatly appreciate the support from all of our partners in this endeavor and we will keep everyone updated when this lane segment opens up again. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this and any shipments booked to CMH will be contacted by local ACC as to your options moving forward.
- Accelerated’s Memorial Day Schedule is as follows: Saturday the 23rd normal operations, Sunday the 24th normal operations, Memorial Day we are closed. Tuesday the 26th we will resume normal operations. We appreciate your support in celebrating this holiday.
- Our I.T. Department will be running some diagnostics on Friday May 8th 2015 @2200 and could last up to 24-36 hours. We will have access to emails however if you are experiencing any delays please call the local station for immediate assistance.
